2017 Program Timeline

January - April 2017

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

April 28, 2017

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be emailed to the primary contact within the next business day.  Organizations will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Registered organizations choosing to withdraw from the process (by contacting a BCG representative) may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee.

May 3, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is emailed to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is May 5. Organizations that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).
Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).
Deadline to request surveying additional employees (optional).

Deadline to submit the Employee Eligibility Check List (paper option only).

Deadline to submit your organization’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without organization-issued email addresses (online option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be emailed to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

May 12, 2017

Paper version of the employee survey and pre-addressed, postage-paid return envelopes are mailed UPS to the primary contact at participating organizations for distribution (paper option only).

May 19, 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires are due. The EQ must be completed in order to be considered for the list.

May 26, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey invitations are sent via email (online option only).

June 2, 2017

Deadline for paper version of the employee survey (paper option only).

June 9, 2017

Deadline for all employee surveys (online option only).

July 2017

Congratulatory and non-winner letters and/or emails are issued to the participants.

August 2017

The Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to companies. Only the Employee Demographic and Employee Comments Reports are sent at this time.

September 2017


Publication date for the Best Credit Unions to Work For. The Employee Benchmark Report and Employer Benchmark Summary are emailed to participating companies (if purchased as part of the Employee Feedback Report).
